Mori-Nu Tofu uses aseptic packaging exclusively. Developed by Tetra Pak, this proprietary packaging was voted “the greatest innovation of the 20^th century” by the prestigious Institute of Food Technologies. The Mori-Nu aseptic packaging has multiple layers of protection that lock out the light, air and bacteria while locking in all the nutrients, amino acids, isoflavones, and flavor. This means you always get the freshest flavor with no sour taste and no bacterial contamination, with all the nutrients.

The Mori-Nu package, Tetra Brik® Aseptic, has received the Presidential Award for Sustainable Development, the only package ever to receive this coveted environmental prize. In 2004 the Tetra Classic® Aseptic & Tetra Brik® Aseptic packages were showcased in the “Humble Masterpieces” exhibition. In the 2011 Harvard Business Review Tetra Pak was featured alongside Apple and Nike in its innovation case study. In 2011 Tetra Pak was named one of the “Most Innovative Companies” by Reuters Thompson.
